You’ll experience upbeat, rhythmic drumming combined with simple, repetitive movements that can be adapted to your comfort level. The environment is sensory-aware—lighting, sound, and pacing are thoughtfully adjusted to promote a calm, enjoyable atmosphere. Participants are free to take breaks, modify movements, or engage at their own pace without pressure. Every body, every brain, and every way of communicating is celebrated here.
