REBOUNDER EQUIPMENT WEIGHT LIMIT
I understand that the rebounder units used at Thrive FitClub are rated for a maximum user weight of 300 lbs. I confirm that I meet the equipment weight requirement or have discussed concerns with an instructor prior to participation. I acknowledge that exceeding manufacturer limits may increase risk of injury or equipment failure.
RECOMMENDED FOR BOUNCE – REBOUNDING
• Supportive athletic shoes or grip socks
• Comfortable, flexible workout clothing
• Staying hydrated
• Controlled, soft bouncing with feet in contact with the mat
• Using the balance bar when needed
• Listening to instructor cues and honoring personal limits
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BOUNCE – REBOUNDING
• Ankle weights
• Weighted vests
• Hand weights while bouncing
• Excessive high jumping or aggressive impact
• Locking knees or landing stiff-legged
• Ignoring pain, dizziness, or fatigue
I understand that rebounding already produces increased gravitational forces and that adding external weight may place unnecessary stress on joints, spine, and pelvic floor.
INSTRUCTOR GUIDANCE
I understand that Thrive instructors provide exercise guidance only, not medical advice. I agree to follow all instructions, modify movements as needed, and stop immediately if I experience discomfort.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release and discharge Thrive FitClub, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
